Meet Cameron Sinclair, our Business Development Specialist. Cam recently relocated to Greensboro from Charlotte with his wife, Cali, and is enjoying learning the ropes in his new role with CGCS. You may see Cam out and about at networking events, or you may catch him getting tacos at Mercadito on Market Street.

Meet Joel Heidemann, our Project Manager. Joel helps guide CGCS projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, communicating with clients and subcontractors, tracking project details, and helping make sure work stays organized from start to finish. His role is centered on keeping projects moving, solving problems as they come up, and making sure each job is completed with the quality and attention to detail our clients expect.

Meet Tony Cervantes, our Field Manager! With over 15 years of experience in commercial construction, ranging from service and repair to large scale industrial projects, Tony is our "boots on the ground guy". If you can envision it, Tony can build it, fix it, or make it happen. Fun Fact: after running multiple tests, a certified physician has confirmed that 14% of Tony's blood is actually made up of Red Bull "Pink Edition".

Meet Dave Herrick, our Estimator! Dave is responsible for developing budgets and detailed estimates for our renovation and building addition projects. He evaluates prospective jobs, determines the right team for each project, and ensures every detail is accounted for before work begins.
From coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to compiling accurate, comprehensive project costs, Dave makes sure we have all our “I’s dotted and T’s crossed.”

Meet Ashleigh Brill, our Business Operations Manager! Ashleigh is the backbone of our day-to-day operations, keeping everything behind the scenes running smoothly. She manages accounts, oversees contract administration, supports systems development, and ensures all internal processes stay organized and efficient.
From financials to workflow, Ashleigh plays a critical role in keeping CGCS moving forward and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
