The Field Operations Manager is responsible for leading and supporting CGCS's field operations by developing high-performing teams, improving operational processes, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the company's uncompromising standards. This role provides leadership and accountability for field personnel while working closely with company leadership to improve productivity, quality, communication, and overall operational performance.

Lead, coach, and develop field personnel while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Oversee daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to CGCS's quality standards
Support project teams by improving field productivity, communication, and coordination across multiple projects
Review project estimates for accuracy, constructability, and profitability, while supporting the estimating process as needed
Develop, implement, and continuously improve field procedures, operational systems, and best practices
Monitor project performance, identify operational challenges, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and profitability
Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and client expectations
Mentor supervisors and field leaders while promoting professional growth and accountability
Collaborate with company leadership to support strategic planning and long-term growth
Help build a positive, team-oriented culture
Approximately five years of construction leadership experience leading field personnel, coordinating multiple crews or projects, and driving accountability, productivity, and jobsite performance
Approximately five years of project management experience with a strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
Ability to review project estimates for accuracy, constructability, and profitability while supporting the estimating process as needed
Confidence using technology to manage projects and support the continuous improvement of field operations and company processes
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and high standards of quality and professionalism
OSHA 30 certification preferred (CGCS will support obtaining this certification after hire if needed)
