The Project Manager is responsible for successfully managing commercial construction projects from contract award through closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to CGCS's uncompromising standards. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for clients, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams while driving project quality, communication, and profitability.

Manage commercial construction projects from contract award through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to CGCS's uncompromising standards
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and financial performance throughout the life of each project
Review contracts, project documents, and project requirements to ensure successful execution
Execute projects in accordance with CGCS's established Project Execution Process from turnover through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal team members to keep projects moving efficiently
Conduct project meetings while maintaining proactive communication with clients and project stakeholders
Manage project documentation, change orders, project financials, and closeout requirements
Monitor project quality, identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with company standards and OSHA requirements
Collaborate with company leadership to continuously improve project performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Approximately two years of project management experience is preferred, particularly within commercial construction. We also welcome candidates with comparable leadership, operations, or project coordination experience from other industries who are eager to learn and grow in commercial construction.
A strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
Ability to review project estimates, budgets, and project financials
Confidence using technology to manage projects and support continuous improvement of project management processes
Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and high standards of quality and professionalism
OSHA 30 certification preferred (CGCS will support obtaining this certification after hire if needed)
