The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of multiple commercial construction projects while providing leadership, guidance, and support to the project management team. This role is expected to drive project profitability, strengthen client relationships, mentor Project Managers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes across the company.

Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Mentor and support Project Managers
Build and maintain strong client, subcontractor, vendor, and stakeholder relationships
Review project estimates, budgets, schedules, and change orders
Monitor project performance and implement solutions
Ensure project documentation and financial reporting are accurate
Collaborate with field leadership
Improve project management systems and workflows
Support company leadership and strategic initiatives
Approximately three years of commercial construction project management experience
Approximately three years of construction leadership experience providing direction and mentoring team members
Ability to review project estimates, budgets, and project financials
Confidence using technology to manage projects and support continuous improvement of project management processes
Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and high standards of quality and professionalism
OSHA 30 certification preferred (CGCS will support obtaining this certification after hire if needed)
