Old Town Gymnastics needed a new facility addition that could support the height, open space, and durability required for advanced gymnastics training. CGCS is building a large metal building addition tied into their existing Winston-Salem facility, creating the extra room and vertical clearance needed for high-energy instruction, tumbling, and aerial movement.
This project required careful planning from the ground up, including site preparation, structural coordination, metal building erection, and integration with the existing property. Our team is helping bring the project from concept to completion with practical construction management, clear communication, and attention to the specific needs of the space.
The result will be a purpose-built gymnastics facility designed to give Old Town Gymnastics room to grow while supporting the demanding use of a modern training environment. From the building structure to the final details, CGCS is helping create a functional, durable, and high-clearance space built around the way the facility will actually be used.
